We are a team researchers based within the Academic Vascular surgery department, Imperial College London (led by Professor Alun Davies) and we would like to conduct a study evaluating different methods to treat patients with healed venous leg ulcers.

The aim of this questionnaire is to obtain your feedback on our proposed study design. Your answers will help to inform the design of our study.

The questionnaire should take no more than 5-minutes to complete. 

Any information you provide will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed in an identifiable form outside of the research team.
